Looking for an embedded developer to help us develop a 6-Step Commutation Driver using the Arduino Due, which uses the Atmel SAM3X8E microprocessor. We are specifically looking for someone who has experience developing embedded systems for electric motor control. Here is a summary of the code we want written: - Utilize Atmel's implementation of CMSIS for the SAM3X8E (or comparable) ARM processor - Generate 6 PWM outputs, 3 for high gates and 3 for low gates. - Top (high) gates must utilize PWM to control current - Bottom gates will not use PWM - The following characteristics should be programmable: electrical commutation period (i.e. motor speed), current control PWM duty cycle, current control PWM frequency, and switching order. I want to stress that we're looking for someone with experience with motor controls who can consult us on the best way to produce these PWM outputs (either using PWM controller or Timer Counters on the microprocessor). In your proposal please stat...

I need an PIC microchip firmware in order to download firmware from computer at customer site. We need a bootloader. There will be a main board and 10-20 daughter boards. I want to update daughter boards firmware by connecting to main board with serial port or USB port of computer. Controller will be PIC18 series or dsPIC series. Currently I am using CCS C, I want to switch to MPLAB X and XC16 compiler. I made small projects on MPLAB X but I am new on this. So I also want to learn some points on MPLAB X like simulation, or other useful features of MPLAB X. I am summerizing; A firmware for main board and daughter boards. And some help on MPLAB X maybe via teamviewer. Some Q&A on dsPIC and firmware I want to learn fully how firmware is written. Language will be XC16. And PIC's will be F18 Series and dsPIC series. Computer connects to main board via usb or serial connection. Main board connects to daughter boards via RS485. Computer user can change firmware of daughter boards...

We require a RS-232 to Bluetooth adaptor PCB, which will input one of three possible incoming data streams and feed it into a Bluetooth adaptor. One challenge is the size of the entire board should be as close to 70mm X 55mm as possible. The three possible inputs will be (switchable): RS232 male D-SUB9 at 9600 baud Internal GPS ? U-Blox NEO-7P (  [obscured]  -blox.com/en/product/neo-7p) External GPS ? M12 Male 5-pos (  [obscured]  /te-connectivity-1838891-3/70084714/) We require a four way switch (ip67) to select OFF/RS232/Internal/External. We wish to use Bluegiga Bluetooth modules with an external U.FL antenna. The power supply does need to be a 12V LiIon battery (to power the external GPS option):   [obscured]  -battery.com/li-ion18650111v3350mahrechargeablebatterywithpcb-34043.aspx. The U-Blox GPS will also require an external SMA connection.

Good Morning! I want to open a new job for this new design.. See this video explaining...   [obscured]  /t/X5geBf22 Please let me know the price and time. An EE experienced in the design of using a 2 channel DAC outputting 0-5 VDC and ALDO outputting 2-20 mA ISOLATED will have an easy time of it. At issue is the reference to feed the 4-20 Ma channel (with the 0-4.096 Ref) and the 0-5 supplied with the reference I show AND making sure the grounds do not fight one another. Isolated means that when a customer hooks up their Allen Bradley PLC with 36 VDC for his 4-20 mA channel his 36 VDC will ONLY go into the XTR 116 and not go into the rest of the circuitry that is relative to the LOCAL power supply of 24 VDC that is used to derive the 5 V Reference for the 0-5 VDC and somehow powers the XTR-116.. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we need the resistor values (and necessary filtering) on the INPUT to the XTR-116 from the DAC. If I need TWO DAC's to do it then show that. If I need that s...

The purpose of this project is to generate the manufacturing files for an adaptor board (PCB) to allow the connection of a small breakout module (24-pin, only 8 needed for connection) to a TinyShield stack using the Hirose DF12-32-X connector interface. The adapter board would require solder pads to allow soldering to the module to the adaptor board as it uses side-castellation vias. Imagine this board but with solder pads:   [obscured]  /TinyCircuits/TinyCircuits-TinyShield-Proto_All-ASD2009 There are no components on the board othe than the DF12 connector. I would not expect this to take an experienced PCB designer more than a couple of hours. There is the possibility of further work. TinyShield are open source (all files on Github) and there are also design file for an adaptor board for the module - as such it should be straight forward to combine the two. Links to the necessary design files and pin-out table will be provided. Project Deliverables: 1. Eagle files (schematic ...

We have a PCB design and need a prototype board to be produced. Require both PCB and assembly. All design files (gerber, BOM, etc.) are available. - 2-5 unit quantity - BOM is approx. $200 - Includes a Cortex A9 processor chip - 6 layer PCB - PCB dimensions are: 80mm x 80mm (designed in a circular shape though for the prototype a square would be ok if circular is an issue) Hoping for 1-2 month turnaround.

Hi, I need a microcontroller programmer to develop a firmware for me. The firmware source code must be in C, well commented and easy to read and maintaining. My hardware is a simple HID (Human Interface Device) to be plugged into PC using USB ports as a serial I/O (device) at 19200bps. I already have the hardware and all its documentation (electrical diagram). The PC side software is already done and working well. I only need the device side firmware. The communication between them is very simple. The device features are: - Scan a matrix with 14 (2x7) switch keys; - Scan two additional keys in the microcontroller pins (outside the matrix); - Read a TTL external device connected to the HID through a TTL pulse conection; - Enable and Disable the TTL device on PC demand; - Interface three output meter counters (analogic or digital output counters); - Has a Real Time Clock held by a battery (rechargeable); - Store a small amount of bytes in its EEPROM; - Store a small amount of bytes i...

We are creating a custom consumer electronics device similar to a high quality digital audio converter, amp, and speaker combination. However, our application will use an audio exciter in place of the speaker. We want to evaluate wired vs. wireless, but we need low latency operation so apTx low latency codec will need to be used (requiring a dongle for iphone since it does not allow aptX low latency as far as we know) We need to create a block diagram and the initial specifications for the system including: - DAC - Amp - Lightning Connector - battery - charger - aptX low latency dongle the following products contain many of the same components (with the exception of low latency wireless):   [obscured]  /d1PjxC   [obscured]  /Pjux7K We also need service provider to - help select appropriate components and estimate bill of materials cost - advise best prototype creation strategy - estimate custom circuit board development time and cost In your bid please create s...

I have a very straightforward prototype to production project. I have three stacked boards: An Arduino Mega 2560 with an Adafruit Powerboost shield (  [obscured]  /products/2078) + an Adafruit GPS logger shield (  [obscured]  /product/1272). I additionally have an Adafruit IMU absolute orientation sensor (  [obscured]  /adafruit-bno055-absolute-orientation-sensor/overview) and an OLED display (  [obscured]  /monochrome-oled-breakouts/wiring-128x32-spi-oled-display). My device simply logs GPS data + the orientation data to the SD card and runs off of the lithium battery. I would like to convert the prototype to a PCB that can be fabbed and assembled at any of the online PCB services. I'd like to make the overall pcb as small and cheap to make as possible. I also want the final board to still be programmable through the Arduino tool chain in case I need to upload updates.
