I need to have an MCPCB designed for a high power LED. There are plenty of off-the-shelf MCPCBs available, however these are all too large for our application. The circuit is quite simple. It is a cathode-ground high power LED. The attached PDF lists the specs for the LED landing pads, and shows a possible design. The footprint listed is 13.5x6.5x2.5mm (LxWxH). The width (W) of 6.5mm and the total height (H) of the MCPCB of 2.5mm is required, however the length (L) of 13.5mm is flexible if you think it needs to be longer or if there is a more ideal placement. To have this made, the Fab. needs at minimum a schematic and .dxf. Gerber files are also needed. To Summarize: Looking for someone to design a very simple LED circuit and MCPCB layout. -Must have experience designing MCPCBs for LEDs (both circuit and layout design). -Must deliver schematic, .dxf, gerber files and all other documents required for fab. -Small footprint, approximately 6.5mmX13.5mmX2.5mm Metal Core PCB Current...

You will get a real life netlist of a combinational block (no memory elements). Your task, is using standard Python programming language Generate a new logically equivalent netlist which only uses NAND2 and NOR2 gates, which replace all the different gates that are there already.(refer block32 notepad for verilog code) Requirements: ? Code should be tidy and commented ? The code should work also on other netlists ? make it as generic as possible ? The netlist generated should be a legal verilog netlist including input, output declarations, wires, unique gate names etc. ? Tip: use a text editor that supports highlighted verilog syntax like: sublime text, Notepad++, Nedit or emacs ? Assume the drive strength to be X1 in all NOR2 an d NAND2 that you would use ? Code should be easily extended to new types of gates upon request ? i.e. when a new netlist comes with new gate types inside ? the change process should be easy

Hi, I'm looking for a US based EE to design and prototype and simple circuit with a 4 digit 7 segment LCD display, a hall-effect sensor, and a pushbutton. The circuit should have a footprint no larger than 90mm x 45mm x 12mm The basic operation is that clicking the button increments the count while the state of the hall effect sensor determines how the count is incremented. There is more detail than that, but those are the basics. Please quote both the development cost and ballpark cost and lead time for making 20 units. Final deliverables need to include layout files for production as well as all firmware.

The job is to create a program in Code composer for concerto DSP family. The code must be tested and fully functional. Software: Code Composer v6 Computing core: Concerto family Test Platform: TMDSCNCD28M36 (F28M36P63C2) Project details: RTOS kernel must be used throughout the project to configure Hwi, Swi, Semaphores and tasks. The intention is to use available TI operating system to its full extent. This will result in saving programming time, reducing the processing time for interrupts, and adding more flexibility to the design. Modbus communication using Ethernet port is required. The module should have a default IP address which can be changed in next power up by updating certain memory registers. Also, the modules should have an option to accept IP address from a DHCP server. A register map must be created to be able to read the current status of the device and also update control parameters. The parameters will affect the operation in both C28X and M3 control cores. Howev...

I need a circuit drawn. The end result will operate like a solar powered lawn light. It will be scaled up. I already have some solar cells and hopefully they will work. Each unit can hold up to 8 solar cells. They are 3" x 6" - 1.8W each. The cells can be used to turn the circuit on at night by using the circuitry. I have a battery but unsure whether it will work. Super rechargeable Li-ion battery - model DC12400 input 12.6VDC output 12.6-10.8VDC 4000mAh (these batteries came from China and are difficult to get a hold of. If we can source a suitable replacement in the US that would be preferable) The battery would need a charge controller built on the board as well. all this is to power some LED strip lights. I purchased some that may be a little too expensive for the application. They are SUPERNIGHT 5M Waterproof 5050 SMD 300 Epoxy LED strip light white. It is 16' long but can be clipped to smaller sections. I know how to solder so that's not an issue. These are waterproof ...

Without discussing in further detail what we need fabricated, this product may be difficult to explain to you through email. Essentially we're in need of a square panel (apx. 30"x30") made out of a clear acrylic. This panel will have capacitive sensors fastened to it. These sensors will need to be able to control volume, music controls (play, pause, next, etc.), an LED light strip, and a relay switch that powers two 110v 10watt lights. For the prototype, as long as the material is transparent, we can use anything for now. So plexi-glass, clear acrylic, or any plastic that is transparent will work for this model. The audio components on the microcontroller will need to operate a bluetooth receiver for controlling and inputting mobile devices. It also needs an option of a 3.5mm stereo input that will bypass the bluetooth's audio for direct connection. This will all need to be output to a stereo jack (3.5mm or RCA). For lighting, the panel will need to include three function...

This job is to design and lay out a pcb that will verify thermal performance of a design in progress. The pcb shape and chip locations of the current design are attached in a DXF. Your job is to place resistors in the locations of the chips so that the power draw is approximately correct. Please confirm your design package can open the DXF before bidding. This will be a 2 layer board. The load resistors will go on top with vias under them. There will be copper pours on the back. Chips 2, 6, 6b and 9 should all have pours between 1 and 1.5 square inches. Other pours should be 2 times the length and 2 times the width of the chip. Do not coat these thermal pours with soldermask. You can choose 1 board voltage (either 24V, 12V, or 5V). Power and ground will enter through pads on the edge of the pcb. Please include vias in these pads. Use resistors from Digikey that are in stock. Resistor loads should be within 10% of the values listed below. The units of the DXF are mils. There are some ...
