Buildium does not make it easy to account for the "property management company accounting/books" - within its current structure. They have made a few changes since I first signed up with them in 2009, but the work around(s) I've tried just make it more complex. I need to fix all of the mistakes I have made, make entries I have not made so G/L reports and banking are accurate. Once Buildium accounting is corrected, I would also like to export the business' accounting activity into QuickBooks Pro (desk top) for past years, and regularly for the current accounting year.
