Hi everyone. I live in New Zealand but have a registered American LLC for my online business. I sell a physical product on Amazon.com. I do not have a US bank account but I do have a Payoneer mastercard. Amazon transfers funds from my sales to my Payoneer mastercard. I then transfer some funds over to my NZ bank account. I have business expenses in both USD & NZD. Some expenses are paid from my Payoneer mastercard (always in USD). And some expenses are paid from my NZ bank account. I need help with both advice and lodging business taxes. I only have one year of taxes to lodge. My LLC is only a year old (approx). I believe NZ & US have a tax treaty so I will assume I only need to lodge my taxes in one or the other country. But perhaps you can enlighten me more on that matter. About 800-1000 Sales receipts can be exported via iif and imported to quickbooks but because there are multiple currencies and a few promotional codes, corrections must be made. (My home currency and accounts are in Canadian Dollars but most of the sales are in US dollars as well as EUR and GBP, the imported iif file receipts are not always correct and need to be amended).
