My project title is Biometeric Caller Identification which is infact sort of Speaker Recognition(text independent) i.e. it deals with storing speech samples from different speakers. A call is received on a smartphone and it is recorded through already available available android app. Afterwards It is then transferred via bluetooth to our designed hardware where it is then to be processed and is matched and is verified whether the speaker is of the same the identity he is claiming or not. That Yes or No feedback has to be sent back to phone or it can be displayed on an LCD too. I need my project to be designed immediately and it must be capable of taking live human voices as input not the recorded or stored ones and performing a check. Waiting for your immediate response please, i can send you more details if required. Thanks

My company is applying for a small business grant to develop and commercialize a physical interface device. Users, including people with disabilities, will use the device to explore and select computer interface features such as high contrast and text-to-speech. The device itself will use an Arduino in a physical framework that includes sliders and switches that let users make selections and change settings; the output will be reflected on a host computer screen. Take a look at this video to see a related project:   [obscured]  /watch?v=ZmEGl48PJUY. You'll get more details as we engage. The work we need for this project is in 2 parts. First, we need a detailed work plan describing the development effort. I know this is mostly done informally in the Arduino world, but the funding source needs 10 pages of text covering what the project will do and how it will do it. DO NOT BOTHER RESPONDING IF YOU CANNOT WRITE UP A WORK PLAN. We're fine with having to refine it to fit the fu...

See the attached schematic for an overview. We need an inexpensive, off-the-shelf MCU (Arduino or Raspi preferred) configured to control an off-the-shelf syringe pump. The same MCU should be configured to control a regulated, switching DC power supply. This power supply should have a 510 connector so that it can screw into a standard electronic cigarette atomizer, effectively replacing the electronic cigarette's battery. The UI on the MCU should be configured so that we can control and execute the following, for each instance that the apparatus is activated: START select voltage (3.5-4.2 V) select warm-up time (1-5 sec) [warm-up time is the amount of time power is switched on prior to pump activation] select volume pumped (0-140 mL) select pump speed (mL/s) [pump must be able to achieve 30 mL/s flow velocity] END Command-line selection and execution of these parameters is perfectly acceptable. Deliverables include: power supply with 510 connector, pre-wired with any neces...

We are trying to make a Minecraft world that represents the factory floor and need help with the mods and backend server development. What make this project unique is that we want to extend the attributes of custom made MC equipment to the outside world for an imminent trade show - this time our deadline is April 13. Ultimately we want to make CNC machine tools in the game and have them linked to open source hardware in the real world. So we need a virtual world where the game is maximize production to teach kids how to run a plant efficiently. We think it would be cool if you could install a switch in our O2 Factory World and have it actually turn an LED on an Arduino, Beagle Bone Black, iPAD or Android beside you. It could also go in reverse - real world equipment modeled in MC. Security, porting, java development, MC server porting, graphics, mods textures all will be needed - and we want to do this sooner than later. Ambitious - yes, impossible - no (with the right team)...Ca...

[Description updated at 4:33pm PST, 3/16/15] Thanks everyone for your proposals. Last update before I pick a proposal: I should have stated earlier that output precision is important. I want to hear your plan for current sensing and how to get good mA output precision. I've read that combining high side with low side sensing is good. Below I've only updated "OUTPUT PRECISSION". Thanks very much! GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Needed is a prototype device (along with any parts lists, board diagrams, schematics, etc) which regulates output current from a battery supply, over a variable resistance between 30K ohm and 200K ohm, at or below 2mA. Output voltage will be controlled by the device to maintain the output current at 2mA. The device will feature a basic LCD character screen and button inputs. See attached mock for the basic layout and working of the controls. OUTPUT PRECISSION: Would like to get precision of 0.1mA or better, and know that 2mA will not be exceeded (safety measur...

I want to realize an app to read data from bluetooth serial transmission (9600 boud) an arduino platform accelerometer and show them in an interactive graph (zoomable) referred to data had been red. Data should be saved /loaded giving a name. Data readings filtering should be made to avoid undesirable oscillations. Start/stop conditions should be settled in such a way the recording starts and stops for certain conditions. It is available the small platform to be sent as "experimental" sensor device, after be developed the mockup.
