This will be a taxi security cam. It will take photos at certain intervals, store them temporary in the SD and push them to internet to be accessed afterwards. To simplify the schematics, the camera clock should be provided by arduino. I would like to use the OV7670 non-serial camera as it could be found relatively easy in Argentina. And arduino mini or micro. If possible. There are some examples of this camera with arduino on the internet Thanks

Need to design an Ultrasonic motion sensor and notfyer to be installed in the wheel arches of a car. Need the design to be able to build the unit myself. This project is to avoid parking tickets my creating notification when a parking officer marks my car tyres with chalk. When the parking officer moved their hand under the wheel arch the movement will be detected and I will be notified by text, email or key fob beeper. ( Range required approx 500m and within a building) The sensor could be mounted under the wheel arches ( the 2 front) or on the body of the car above the wheel arches. Ideally the components to build the project will be less that $250 and be available from online sellers. I imagine Arduino or rasberry pi will be the best options for a controller. Ideally the unit will be battery powered so I dont have to wire it into the car. With the bulk of the unit being attached to the dash an an on off switch so I can arm the unit when I get out of the car. Ideally the plans ...

Hi! I am developing a robotic unit for household appliance. I am an experience programmer and CNC technician, but I have little experience with arduino. I would like to get in contact with the most experienced arduinist out there to help me spec the design, select the appropriate stepper motors, servos, adruino shields for my application. This is consulting by the hour. I can disclose some information on the nature of the unit, but not all - (unless we work well together and there is trust). Current design has the following components 2x medium stepper motors (for traction) 2x medium / small stepper motors (for driving two carjack-type actuators) 1x small stepper motor or servo for controlling the direction of a doppler (ultrasonic) / and (possibly) a web camera 1x large (stepper) motor for main internal operation. (ca 30 rpm after gear reduction) 1x 180 deg servo motor. Must be fairly strong, but can be slow moving. The plan is to have minimal code on the unit itself, and perfor...

All we need is a simple Server & Client software to control 3 X Nema 23 stepper motors using M542 drivers and arduino. The server-PC has to simply be able to send commands to the client-PC which is directly connected to the Arduino thats controlling the stepper motors. So the control server-PC software must have enable simple right and left movement of the motors with speed adjustment. And also, if possible to add control shortcuts in the software to move the motors using shortcut-keys: Motor 1 with right and left arrow keys and Motor 2 must be controlled with the scroll of the mouse and Motor 3 will be controlled by the up and down arrows. Requirements of the software to be developed: 1: Server & Client software to control 3 Stepper motors over LAN/Network 2: Wiring diagram for the stepper motors, drivers & arduino connection Using the hardware as follows: 1 X Arduino Uno R3 1 X 36V Power supply (for the steppers) 3 X Nema 23 425oz Stepper motors 3 X M542 Mi...

Hi everyone! We are working on an arduino project and we are using a BC127 Module from Blue Creation. We created an arduino sketch using a BC127 library by Sparkfun.com (  [obscured]  /tutorials/understanding-the-bc127-bluetooth-module) We need to modify the sketch in order to connect the BC127 to a master and initiate an HPF profile as well as force open a SPP line between the BC127 and the master bluetooth. I have attached the sketch that needs modification as well as the BC127 library from Sparkfun. I have also attached the text file of the serial console after it pairs with the master device. However, you will notice that it opens the HPF profile and initiate an "Active Call" which is good. However, it does not initiate a SPP connection. So we need to force the SPP connection between the two. We can connect the hardware and allow for remote access control for you. Thank you

Hello, Update (adding clarity) Basically the goal is to use the tablet (iPad) for doing the main user interactions such as sending the command to take picture from the USB Web Camera, reviewing taken pictures. The tablet's front facing camera is usually bad quality that is why we want to use USB Web Camera. Tablet is wall mounted (this is why rfid reader on tablet cannot be used, also we prefer to use external reader). This process will be initiated by scanning an RFID tag on an external reader. Tags used will be close range tags (passive tags) (like the ones for the metro). Very basic workflow. I hope this helps: 1. tablet will show start screen..(text: waiting for scanning), user scans tag on external RFID reader (one not inside the tablet) 2. the tag scanning initiates USB HD webcam to be turned on and is video streamed to tablet screen 3. on same tablet screen, on the top corner, a button that says "take picture", when "take picture" is clicked 5. 5 second c...

Hello, We are looking for individual/or company help us with a project using RFID tags/card to interact with our https api. Scope: 1. use raspberry pi or arduino or custom embedded system (open to suggestions) to connect to a RFID/NFC tag reader, and when tags and scanned then make a call to our https APIs with that tag's unique ID. 2. Should have some sort of lighting indicator if the api returns an error 3. Support for wifi or ethernet (wired), (GSM mobile data optional) Feel free to make suggestions to make development easier as long as we achieve the same value. If needed, we can start small with a simple POC and then build onto it. When submitting proposals, Kindly, give an overview of how you intend to solve this. This will help us with shortlisting. Feel free to attach any short video, screenshots of past work/experience. If possible, mentioning recommended hardware, possible drawbacks, etc. will help us with identifying our hardware cost expenses to choose the right appr...

I have a partial code (75%) on beaglebone sensor interfacing C++. I need someone who can complete this remaining part to obtain the values from sensor. Freelancer should have worked on i2c, sensor interfacing, beaglebone, rasb pi or arduino. This is a job that wont take a lot of time as major part of the code is ready. I can set up a remote system with the sensor connected for running the code so dont let lack of hardware stop you from considering this. Lastly, this needs to be done as soon as possible. Thanks

I am looking for someone to do PCB layout for a startup company. The board should contain eight transimpedance amplifiers, that can operate with high gain (1e8), high bandwidth (2e5 Hz acceptable, but prefer going up to 1e6 Hz), with low noise. These amplifiers would be used for applying a fixed voltage, and measuring small currents (less than 10 nA). To get an idea, a similar, acceptable layout can be found at:   [obscured]  /datasheets/1599345.pdf (though this board is for 1 amplifier, and not 8. Specifically looking for a board configured in transimpedance configuration, measuring current and applying a fixed voltage). Also, there are likely to be better opAmp packages that can be mutually agreed upon. These circuits are for high precision applications, so low leakage currents, low voltage drift, and low noise are all required. If possible, would also like to keep the size of the board to that of an Arduino header. If this is not possible, two boards of the Arduino size w...

I will be hiring someone to write the code, and tell me how to wire the system, and what drivers and other electronic components I need in order to make it the following with my selected motors: Have the Nano arduino computer control a stepper motor to turn 90 degrees and wait 8 seconds, then turn it another 90 degrees. while it is stopped for 8 seconds, have it turn on the second stepper motor attached to a peristaltic pump for 8 seconds so that it dispenses 15ml of liquid, and at the same time the peristaltic pump is running, have the linear actuator go up it's full length, and then completely back down again. Then repeat the cycling, begining with turning the first stepper motor 90 degrees. Have it automatically start when turned on.

Using off the shelf transceivers I will be creating a WAN and LAN. * The WAN is using higher power transceivers (Comms via UART etc). * The LAN will be based on IPv6 transceivers (again comms via UART etc). * Basic sensors and buttons will build up the LAN and will need to be written in (C/C++ etc). The 'Hosting Controller' will be an Arduino Mega 2560 with a customized shield. The controller will need to address both the above transceivers (via UART), a Bio Metric finger scanner (via Wiegand), temporary GPS modules (RS232?) for calibration, and a few I/O ports for basic switching/sensing.

Hello, i need to filter a mix signal with a digital filter and display the filtered signal on a glcd or tft. The signal contains 50Hz base signal and its harmonics. Plus a fault signal just below 50Hz so all frequency included 50Hz must be gone but a fault signal. Output signal will be written through adc and displayed. I do have a arduino due board which has ADC and DAC moduls on board. Can you design and port it for arduino due?

Hi folks, We have launched an open beta testing of a DIY platform for open source hardware projects. The platform is intended to help new people to start using open source hardware and help experienced developers to work together on the same project remotely by following each other's instructions and contributing to project by submitting patches. During beta testing we want to collect feedback about usability and platform functionality, as well as bug reports and feature requests. We also need to generate some content before the public release. This job posting is first of all about content generation. So we need someone to apply for a beta account and create a project using either Arduino or RaspberryPi circuits. You will need to have your OWN arduino/raspberry pi circuit and rest of the parts required for the project. Project can be fairly easy, but should be complete (so that other people can assemble same device following your instructions) and contain at least 10 steps with sev...
