I have a wireless flash trigger transmitter and a receiver. They work with a Amiccom A7105 chip. I want to develop something similar with an Atmel microcontroller and this Amiccom chip. I'm a electronic engineer and I need support for this project. I DO NOT need someone who writes all the code or design all the schematic, I NEED someone who can explain me some points : 1) I need to know how my trigger transmitter and receiver works(probably we need read the signals transmitted and received) (1-2 hours) 2) If they work with RF I need a quickly introduction on RF and protocol as ZigBee (1hours) 3) I need support to develop the library(SPI) to comunicate between microcontroller and A7105. (around 10 hours or less) I prefer working face to face so I prefer someone from UK / Italy or Europe.

For a given circuit schematic and choice of components already made and PCB in the process of being manufactured, your task will be: 1. To develop the basic software drivers for the embedded device, 2. To co-develop the application layer of the software for the device, 3. To co-develop simple testing software for hardware functionality diagnostics, and 4. To interact and get feedback for debugging the software while being tested on the hardware in parallel by us. The embedded device has a AVR platform with a basic 8-bit Atmel MCU as the brain and has the following drivers needed: 1. I2C communication and data reading from a specialized sensor chip, 2. UART communication to issue AT commands to a GSM modem, and 3. Some small GPIO operations for operating a couple of relays. We see this more a collaboration work than an outsourcing.
