I have 12 income properties that I would like to get all the data entered into quickbooks and guidance of how to enter for 2015 so that I can do it on a go forward basis. During 2014 the properties were managed by multiple management companies. We use QB to do all financial matters. Currently, I do all data entry and then each month ask that our bookeeper/accountant to review our books closely and then suggest corrections. At that time we also cover any tax liabilities due Our family owns one piece of commercial income property as well that our business is in and we have a tenant. All entities pay rent.
