Creation of Invoices and fax cover pages for invoices to be sent to delinquent clients that have unpaid commissions for our agency. You will have to enter data provided and be able to look up information from a website to determine the location of the hotel by translating the IATA city airport codes into the city name. It would be helpful if you have some knowledge of the city code city to be able to speed your work. (eg. HKG= Hong Kong, IAD=Washington, MIL or MXP or LIN = Milan). You will also need to be able to find the address of the hotel and enter that into the invoice. We have approximately 2o invoices that need to be created and each should take no longer than 5 minutes. We expect the highest quality of work and the contractor should be able to perform the work without asking too many questions during the entry phase.
