I'm currently in the midst of starting my own IT consultancy and am looking for a quick review of our standard contract prior to sending it to my first client. I'm looking at setting up an ongoing relationship with someone to help with future legal matters within the company as well, namely to do with the configuration of the corporate trustee / discretionary trust I'm implementing. Only Australian Lawyers need apply and as I'm on a short time horizon, I'd appreciate quick replies as opposed to detailed pitches.

Hi there noticed you were in Canada so thought I would check to see if it more cost effective to use your services I have a couple different contracts that need some minor revisions and I put my revisions in Red in the documents. The Associates Contract needs the most work but for the most part, its pretty minor editing. I also want to ensure that these contracts are pretty standard to the recruitment industry as I have had a lawyer previously draft them but just want some clarification as its seems in your profile you have some experience in these fields for the new Temporary Hire Contracts, its a little different than regular as we want ? Temporary Worker ? Worker with Insurance and Own GST# ? Temporary Crew ? Crew skilled in a certain trade with Insurance and GST# and the agency would make 10% of contract value for the term of the agreement or hours worked There are 5 contracts I have so I cant attach them all. Do you know how much it would cost for these services? Look for...

I am in need of a lawyer to draft a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) so I can show my product to several companies and not be as concerned with them stealing the idea. I realize an NDA is not 100% but it will help. The NDA can not be so strict that no company will ever sign it either. I assume this should be a pretty simple project for most lawyers with experience writing NDA's. I am on Elance because I cannot afford to hire the attorney in my area. Please send me an estimate of the cost. Thanks.

I am in the process of purchasing a condo from a family member located in Michigan. We have a general purchase agreement, but would like to have a lawyer review the document we put together to ensure that everything is okay. Might also want to have you review the HOA docs and financial statements, but we are not sure if that will be necessary at this time.

I am in Alabama and I've just filed a civil suit pro say against a small service co. The defendant is represented by a lawyer. I am quite confident I can prevail. However, I am not a lawyer and so, I would like to get someone to review my case and provide me with an unbiased assessment and some pointers and guidance with certain pretrial motions like Interrogatories, request for production, etc. as well as possibly some help in researching certain case precedents to support some of my arguments. I would prefer a lawyer or paralegal familiar with Alabama civil litigation. This can be either a fixed price or hourly rate project. We can decide this at time of project awarding

I have a breach of contract case against a third World government. The case really is a slam dunk. Getting a judgement is not a problem. US jurisdiction is highly probable. Enforcement is the issue. But that is possible too. A big case of USD 31 million. Contingency fee only. A finders fee for anyone who introduces me to a lawyer who offers to take on the case & is appointed after discussion with me. "Finders"fee is obviously for the "Finder" of the lawyer.

I have a real simple job. I need to award this to any good para legal or person with legal experience. Expats are encouraged to apply. I have written a two page domain name/web site sale contract. The contract is a boiler plate contract that I need to have edited. Their are several paragraphs that need some tightening. See enclosed contract. The buyer is going to be buying two web sites and making payments for 36 months. We are keeping the URL in OUR names until final payment is made. He gets to take possession of the site as soon as the upfront payment is made. I have set payment dates and a late penalty. This part below needs editing. ------------ SELLER and the BUYER hereby agree as follows: 1. Purchase Price. In consideration for payment of $14,220 dollars the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged ("Purchase Price"), paid by Purchaser to SELLER, SELLER hereby assigns, sells, transfers and conveys to Purchaser all of SELLER's right, title, and interest in and ...
