FreePBX Asterisk Expert needed to troubleshoot call log The cdr log is showing a lot of calls to 411, reporting them as "congestion" without and extension number. I need to find out why those are coming up and block them.

We need a twilio expert to help us build a call-in system where our clients can call into our business and get connected with the proper agent by selecting several preferenes (language, region, specialty, etc). Pretty simple. But we also need for our clients to choose a. pay with a credit card now, for the service b. enter client account # and that will allow them to be billed later (manual). We also need our agents to connect via the twilio line. and be in queue. Please only bid if you are very skilled with twilio as we are also looking for direction and advice.

Currently we are using a hosted VOIP solution but have outgrown it. Our primary goal is to transition to our own asterisk/FreePBX (or other) server, either hosted internally, or with a VPS or dedicated server in a data center. We would like to use SIP trunking and have been researching providers that provide per minute charges as opposed to "line" charges.
