I have a 3 second 'intro' video encoded in h.264 .mp4 I would like to put this video in front of about 500 pre encoded h.264 .mp4 videos. Example: Intro-vid.mp4 + Video1.mp4 = Video1-encode.mp4 Intro-vid.mp4 + Video2.mp4 = Video2-encode.mp4 Intro-vid.mp4 + Video3.mp4 = Video3-encode.mp4 Intro-vid.mp4 + Video4.mp4 = Video4-encode.mp4 I want to source video files from a folder, and output them to another folder. Processing every video in that source folder.

Hello everyone. I'm currently working on a dashcam-type app that at the moment is inefficient and might need some sections rewritten. The functionality is simple: the phone's camera is active, and when an event is triggered, the app makes a recording of the PREVIOUS 5 seconds plus the NEXT 5 seconds. Since the recording should start 5 seconds before the event, we obviously can't continuously record, but we can keep 5 seconds worth of frames in a buffer. That's what we're currently doing. Then we are recording the next 5 seconds into another buffer, and finally we are generating a 10-second video out of the 2 5-second buffers. There are some particularities regarding to what we're doing. To look at the frames we're using a class that implements Camera.PreviewCallback, and we use onPreviewFrame(byte[] data, Camera camera) to get the actual frame data. We're doing this because we're also doing some video processing involving computer vision. You don't have to worry about that part...

Hi, we are looking for a 2 minute 'stickman-ish / line drawing' style animation. We're probably looking at something predominately black and white with an occasional splash of colour for emphasis, although we're happy to listen to your ideas. We will supply the music, some .jpgs that need to be integrated within the animation at various points, and a storyline with explanations per scene. You'll need to provide illustration and animation expertise, a whole bunch of creativity, and the ability to make a fun, lively, upbeat video out of stickmen. The output will need to be MP4, AVI or WMV. Encoding must be WMV (windows) or H.264 (mac). 640x480. Thanks for your time and interest; we look forward to reviewing your portfolio.

I need a driver for an Avermedia H727 HDMI video capture card for Linux. I typically use Ubuntu Linux. At a minimum, it needs to provide access to the raw HDMI stream (audio and video) at 720p so that I can use it as a source with FFMPEG. Alternatively, the card has the capability to encode the video into H264, so that could be an optional function if easy to implement. Posting says we prefer local developer in Ann Arbor Michigan, but will consider all proposals. We will not limit award of contract by location. Source code and all rights must be provided with working driver.

I have a Logitech c930 HD webcam that supports H264 encoding on the cmera side and can deliver 30 fps HD. I am using C++/cli in VS2012 on Win8.1 64 bit machine. I am also using OpenCV 2.4.9 with the videoInput library. I cannot get more than 5-6 fps from the camera and need help with 2 things: 1) using a callback function with the videoInput library; Currently, I am polling for new frames and I do not know how to use a callback function here. 2) getting the camera to send H264 encoded images and decode them. Solving these two things should allow me to get 30 fps HD. You would consult on my code/tell me what to do to implement these two features.

Immediate job for someone with deep knowledge of customizing responsive Wordpress themes. You must also know how to interface with the following API's: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Vine. Deep understanding of how to implement back end web video encoding (specifically I would like to convert .GIF to H.264 and also to HTML5). Job description: You will need to create a reactive WordPress theme based of the attached wireframes. The purpose of the website is to host a collection of animated GIF's that will be automatically converted/encoded to the correct dimensions/format for use on: Instagram (H.264 .MOV file), twitter (.GIF), facebook (H.264 .MOV file) and Vine (H.264 .MP4 file). Each new "post" would represent a new animated GIF on the attached layout and the "preview" animation would need to be coded in HTML5. Visitors to the website may also choose to upload their own .GIF or paste a link to a .GIF directly that would then be converted for them to the above...

Write H.264 SVC encoder/decoder that is compatible with the Microsoft specification in UC_Specification_for_H264_AVC_and_SVC_encoder.pdf   [obscured]  /s/046hdisphwfcoub/UC_Specification_for_H264_AVC_and_SVC_encoder.pdf?dl=0 One option is to start from JSVM   [obscured]  /de/kompetenzfelder/image-processing/research-groups/image-video-coding/svc-extension-of-h264avc/jsvm-reference-software.html I suggest these steps: 1) Get video call working on PJSIP on Linux, using x264 (supported by pjsip now). 2) Write SVC encoder / decoder 3) Replace x264, to get SVC working on PJSIP on Linux. I now see that open264.org seems to support SVC. So we should consider using that. I am studying openh264 now.

We are looking or an 8 to 9 minute video to be created. It currently is done with a live amateur speaking. We would like it done in more of a text format with a female voice over. Have the script to provide. This video is an example of the format >>   [obscured]  /watch?v=nI-BIVWlc7A Sorry need to add this is the video format requirements: The video is 396x223 so we should be that size to make sure it fits on the page. It should be in a .mp4 format and encoded w/H264 so it plays well on a iphone, etc. Also this is the page the video would go on in place of the current video with the gentleman and his kids. Basically it will be 90 percent of the same content in a script minus his story (that's his actual story so obviously we aren't going to include that) and some other minor edits that may not even be noticeable. Current video located here >>   [obscured]  /
