We currently have a stock Centos 7 server and we want to install Elasticsearch on it, in a secure manner. This server will only be used for Elasticsearch (no Apache or anything). If you're not familiar with Elasticsearch don't worry, you don't have to actually configure it or anything, just to install it (documentation is easy to find). I'd like someone to do the following: - Install Elasticsearch - Restrict Elasticsearch and SSH access to a set of IPs - Secure the server (install iptables, fail2ban, and/or anything you think is necessary, as well as changing SSH's port). Thanks for applying! :)
