I need to have a visual query builder developed as a rules based engine, driven by conditional clauses to prompt a virtual assistant. I've attached two sample GUI's and query builders that would make it easier to work with because they are more graphical in nature. I have attached an excel spread workbook containing data regarding oil wells drilled in Oklahoma, USA. There are three sheets: Well List Completion Reports Pooling Apps Here is what I need done.
