Hi, We have a daily feed from a client which we collect using Outlook Office365, the latest version. The emails we receive contain Word docs and PDF files. The Word docs need opening, fitting to one page and then printing. The PDF files just need opening and printing without reformatting. We have around 80 emails per day and it is now taking up one member of staff for four - five hours per day to simply print off this information. I would like a plug in or add in that will deal with a particular in box and automatically resize the Word docs and then print all of the attachments. I would also like to specify that PDF docs go to a particular tray and print Duplex and Word Docs go to another tray and print simplex.
