A little background...... I own a business that buys SFR real estate for the purposes of renovating and re-selling. Each property has a loan against it with corresponding "interest only" payment and a set amount of funds in escrow allocated for renovations. My estimator uses an excel-based form to develop an estimated cost of renovations that is broken down into a specific set of categories. This estimate is completed on every property. Last but not least, I have multiple partners for each job that would share in the net profits once it sells. Problem.... As business has now started to significantly grow, I need to do a better job of tracking renovation costs specific to a property and how net proceeds are paid out to my partners. Solution... I need assistance setting up the proper method to account for all the expenses and income of a job and the pass through of income to my business partners. Hello: I currently use Quicken Essentials for Mac, but now need to upgrade to Quicken 2015 so that I can continue to download transactions from my bank and credit cards. I need assistance transferring all my existing information to the latest version. I also need help better understanding how to use Quicken and my balances don't always reconcile properly. I need someone who is familiar with the Mac version of Quicken.

We have an office building with 7-8 tenants which we manage through Quicken Rental property Manager. I need someone to help me a few hours each week to import check and credit card transactions, reconcile accounts, create about 10 invoices per month, etc. I also want to do detailed job costing so that we can track profitability per client. I also need the existing Quicken file brought up to date in terms of inputting the rental income per unit. We'll need to have our initial call via Skype or phone, then plan to have a call once or twice a month for 15 minutes to discuss any questions. I'm assuming 10-20 hours per month, but feel free to quote hourly rate or monthly. Knowledge required: Quicken Rental Property Manager. We will only hire US-based workers willing to complete a Non-disclosure agreement.
