I have created a prototype of a web-connected bulb using a Raspberry Pi micro-controller which connects to WiFi, a PowerSSR Tail that is controlled by the GPIO of the Raspberry Pi (  [obscured]  /pages/powerssrtail.aspx), and a standard light fixture. I would now like to move my design forward, in order to produce several dozen units. I would like to miniaturize my design into a compact and easily-produceable design. I do not know exactly what shape the design should take, so I am open to suggestions, whether it be soldered components or a complete PCB. The design will need to split mains power from a standard plug into three 'paths': one to the micro-controller at the appropriate rate, one to the SSR without any rating-change, and one to a powered speaker, again at the appropriate level.
