I am building a offline application that will do the monthly accounts for my business. This is a spreadsheet where debtors, creditors can be entered. The spreadsheet displays the information clarely and provides totals. The project has been started to a point where the functionality needs adding to the spreadsheet. Other functionality would include; save month, print etc... It will need to calculate Goods and Service Tax (GST) at a flat rate of 15%, but not bank fees.
