Need to upgrade an old network design from a single subnet to a properly segmented and routed design. We have brand new Dell N3000 series switches that need to be configured for the core network. Servers, Users, Management, WiFi, Guest WiFi, and SAN traffic all need to be broken off into separate VLANs with minimal disruption to current operation. Local network staff would like to work directly with an expert over a remote session to design and implement this upgrade.

We develop and deploy to an increasing number of Hospitals a mobile iPad application that provides a critical reporting and patient treatment tool for the Anesthesia Information Management Industry. One of our biggest problems is printing, currently, by default we print to Samsung printers via the local network using the AirPrint protocol. If that fails, our printers have a internal Wifi Direct Print function and the user can connect directly over Wifi and print. The wireless range of the printer isn't of much concern because typically the user is in the same room with the printer when needing to print. Here's where you come in, when printing fails our users need to manually hop off the current SSID and join the DIRECT-PRINT SSID, do their printing and then hop back to the Hospital network for case work. Our holy grail would be code in a modular form that detects local network/printer connectivity and if unavailable toggles to the Direct Print network, does it's printing, and then fl...

Project: a WiFi-connected acceleration sensor that streams data to a connected web browser. In this device, the acceleration sensor (ADXL345) is connected by a 3-wire SPI interface to a WiFi module (ESP8266). This WiFi module contains an integrated microcontroller that must be configured to handle html requests, serve resulting data into formatted web pages back to the connected browser and control the sensor based on internal state, logic and html requests. Hi! I am looking for developer to create a videoplayer remote control application. During a show that is going to happen in 2 weeks we will be using a plasma TV with a set of video fragments. I need to be able to control the video on it with my iPad: play, stop, switch to the next video or choose one from playlist. Sound control would also be nice but not mandatory. Application needs to work with WiFi. Please answer only if you have an idea on how this can be implemented. Thank you

I am looking for a circuit that performs the following functions: -Sniffs local wifi traffic to find MAC addresses of devices in the area (very limited area) -Records data to memory -Uploads data to a server via GSM or Wifi network periodically (via a REST call etc) I have looked at Tiny Arduino. However, that seems like a lot of overhead to achieve what is actually quick simple? Thanks

I am developing a new wifi receipt printer as part of my offering for Ordo (  [obscured]  ). I would like the printer to look cool and stand out, there are many printers on the market for example (  [obscured]  -emea.com/products/tsp650II/) but they are not very attractive, as you can see I have had a quick go but it isn't very good. Basically the main constraints would be it must fit a roll of paper in it for printing, it must have aerials for the wifi and also the 3/4g functionality, it must have slots to put upto 3 sim cards into the side, so it can be used mobile. I only want there to be 1 power lead, and there will be a rj-11 socket in the back to connect a cash drawer. I don't require too much in the way of complexity, but I would like to get a 3d render so I can use it for demonstrating.

Hello, I'm looking for someone with Arduino or Raspberry Pi development experience. The project is to work on a dog collar that can help pets to "speak". (Similar to UP pixar cartoon). Ok, I don't envision that it actually translates a dog's bark to human... :p However, I would need someone with knowledge in: -recording audio -audio to speakers -recording to memory storage -wifi/bluetooth connection -sensors to detect sound/vibrations -connection to iOS app (optional) The end goal is to get a working prototype. And in future, a way to get to small scale production would be great. It's going to be a bit of trial and error, so if you are interested, let me know! Please send through some previous samples of work, work hours and skype id.

We use an interactive touch screen program on a self service kiosk. The program manages debit/credit card swipes, has a workflow that the kiosk user interacts with to enter a contest and start a timer. The timer counts down as a video recording is shot remotely and streamed to the kiosk over a wifi bridge. The information in the video is interpreted into a result. The kiosk program presents the result to the kiosk user. A receipt is printed. We need to make changes and add features to the program. To understand how the kiosk program integrates into our business model (though it's been radically simplified since we shot the video), please visit   [obscured]  /demo.php. Scroll down and watch the video demo. Thank you.

We have a .dwg file of our existing property and some examples of the eventual outline design. We would like to work with an architect to develop the design for a UK planning application. Drawings to include floor plans and all elevations of the property. Ideally once the design has been completed a 3d model of the property can be created to help validate the design. Am particularly interested in the idea of then placing the model to scale on the street view in Google maps somehow to give a good representation of how the property would look. I attach the drawings for the existing property and previous work done. Also the document entitled Option A which is the main preferred route. Once we agree to work together we will provide more feedback on option A and the changes we would like to see. So I guess we need quotes on how many hours to create option A + the rear elevation in the spirit of the designs to date. Also quotes for rendering a 3d model from the eventual drawings and a...

Need a creative design for a new glucose monitoring system lancet. The lancet must be designed as follows: 1. Rectangular in shape. 2. Must be adjustable to allow for differing depths in terms of skin penetration. 3. Have no part of the unit longer than 9 cm in length. 4. Have no part of the unit wider than 1.8 cm in width. 5. Have no part of the unit higher than 1 cm in height. 6. Must be durable and designed/built to be used for 10,000-15,000 impressions. 7. Must be capable of using the AcuChek Softclix lancet (a commercially available needle). 8. No part of the unit can "stick out" farther than the maximum height/width/depth. 9. Must be "self-contained" so that it is safe to "carry around" (ie: the needle can't be exposed and the "cocking mechanism" must not be overly exposed so the unit, for example, can't slide into a person's pocket). I need an expert in live media encoding/decoding to guide a project we are running. We need to take an output from a program called vMix and display to around 10,000 LAN (high powered Wifi) based clients (mobile in web app - iOS and Android). I need someone to assist in architecting a low latency solution that will serve our needs. We need first to gain an understanding of the different streaming options available and the best suiting solutions. This initial engagement would consist of informing our team on the details and right solutions and then may evolve in to working with the team to implement.
