The PF Lead Gen (PFLG) system will track, organize and monitor potential Sellers on Pricefalls.com. The PFLG will properly organize leads into 3 main categories of leads (Major, Medium, Small Biz). This project will use Zoho Creator as basis for development. Action Path The "Action Path" will identify the series of events from initial "Action" for the Lead to conversion of the Lead to a "Closed Lead". Each lead may be contacted via Email, Call or combination. The Seller Recruitment Agent will have the ability to add a "Note" to each contact "Action". Each Action will be logged and subsequently increment the "Action Path" field with a numeric increase (0, 1, 2?). We need to create 3 different web forms on our website that can submit the data into some type of easily accessible, organized database. This should all be built with open source software, and what we would really like to use is vtiger crm, it includes a customer portal as well as the back end. We have this installed on a server already. We have all the resources you need, as far as servers, software, etc, but need this done quickly and as cost effectively as possible. We've looked at using zoho creator but in the end we've decided that having something customized to our needs would be best. All of these forms must be created to be able to be functional on our current website, which is built on the volusion platform. Volusion is very closed source, so the software must be hosted on an outside server, unless you know a way to do these things using volusion (as far as I can tell it is a closed source software so not possible) We have the servers to host this on, but we may need a...
