“So unexpected, unjust, unfair rating!
Client considered that I should be rated only with 4 points out of 5 available for all the six parts of the rating. However, more frustrating are this client's words: "I will check the ratings again to amend it, if it came back as a low rating it was not intended".
I have strongs arguments why I consider this feedback inequitable:
1.Cost: she gave me 4 stars out of 5 for the cost part, although the Dutch provider who required the same 385 $ received 5 stars from 5 available for the cost part for the same project; moreover the Turkish provider who required 460$ for the same word count received the same maximum rating for the cost part.
2. Response: client hasn't intitiated any e-mail correspondence, so she hasn't given me the "chance" to be late in responding to any of her e-mails.
3. Schedule: I delivered the translation exactly by the end of 1st of July, as agreed on Skype, Gmail and also by the T& C of our agreement on Elance.
4.Quality- I'm a Romanian native speaker, so I'm sure that I didn't make any errors as the grammar or phrases are concerned- I am academically trained in humanistic studies.
5. Expertise & Professional- I checked all the time the other Romanian forex websites, so it can't be that I would have translated the specialized terms in a wrong way. Moreover, before sending the translation, it has been reviewed by a third party, a Romanian friend of mine who has been living in Canada for more than 6 years, and earns his living from transactions with stocks, so he is very familiar with this kind of terminology. I have asked the client to provide me the Romanian trader's proofreading with his/her corrections or/and rectifications (while posting the job, client said that the translation would be reviewed by a native expert)- no answer though from the buyer's side related to this matter.
So, you can judge for yourself if this client was or not objectif while rating my job.
