How can you be sure (you ask)?
Because I know the two most important things there are to know about copywriting:
1. Its goal is to get the customer to buy.
2. Buying is an emotional decision. ALWAYS!
That rule holds true for moms, mail carriers and martians, alike.
The key is to understand the audience at the deepest level, then to translate that knowledge into relevant, emotive language that tells the audience you understand their needs, wants and deepest desires.
