Through my writing, I teach people how to develop a philosophy that encourages responding to life rather than reacting to it. It is my experience and understanding that how we view our world creates it.
I give step by step education on how to keep blood sugar stable, how muscle works to build metabolism, how to implement safe and structured program design and most importantly, how to view the entire process as a pleasure rather than a chore!
