On the 11th, I asked the EAN support desk the following questions and have yet to receive a response other that...
“I didn't have enough knowledge to create the job correctly. AgileInfotech helped me by identifying my needs so I can better note it for other bidders. He obviously knew what he was doing. He helped me in fine tuning the final bid. I had narrowed it down to him and two others. It was his ability to help me understand what was involved rather than price that decided it.
I have already re-hired him for some extra work - to make the site mobile.”
