Nowadays, two colleagues and me are building a start-up devoted to provide agile, innovative and profitable computer vision solutions to our global customers by leveraging cutting edge technologies and trends.
In the last 6 months I been working in a start-up Emathon, in charge of the product development building a platform for therapeutics serious games based on artificial neural networks designed by ourselves. The product combines therapeutic video games, artificial intelligence and gestures recognition using Kinect.
I had the opportunity to work as a research computer vision engineer at INRIA STARS team (France) during 6 months in 2013-2014. I been developing a plugin in C/C++, Qt and OpenCV as a part of the team framework called Scene Understanding Platform. My research consisted in trajectory association and fusion in partial overlapped cameras, based in multiple view geometry. The goal was to merge apathetic patients trajectories viewed from different points of view to improve activity recognition systems. I've managed to create it, and evaluate it in the private STARS data set getting good results. As result of my research I'm writing a paper to publish in a journal or conference.
