Service Description

Technical Service Solution Sales:

Having worked in Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd for the past 5 years, my roles and responsibilities include:

Develop, manage and maintain good customer relationships for information acquisition related to specific technical service requirements/contracts.
Participate in technical services contract negotiations and ensure all clarifications and confirmations are closed and to the customers requirement according to the organizations standards.
Collection of related service cost of all new technical service requirements for specific accounts and ensure verification by the user department related managers.
Technical services price modeling and preparation of technical services quotations after technical user department cost confirmation.
Follow up with PO acquisition on all the signed off technical service contracts/service quotations.
Ensure that all PO acquisition progress related to the accounts are closely followed up and documented in form of weekly reports.
PO registration and PO sign-off in the registration system.
Conduct technical hand-over meetings between the sales team and delivery team.
Ensure that all projects handed over related to the accounts are closely followed up and progress documented in form of weekly reports.
