I need someone to do space planning of furniture in a CAD file for me. This is for a hotel project (guest rooms only) and will be used for the submittal to the brand. I have already done the layouts to scale, but not in CAD format on the architectural plans. So you simply have to copy my work into CAD. That's the case with all this work. It has...

“This job had a deadline of 3 days. I got this job on July 7 at 10PM(my time) but was able to submit on July 10 which I think was on schedule.
Client made a follow-up on July 10 at 4:54 a.m. my time(GMT+8) and I responded at 5:40 a.m. my time. I told him I have finished it but I wanted to give a better result so I made some adjustments and sent the latest rendering at 8:52 a.m. my time.
Client responded on July 12 at 5:42 a.m. my time. This is what he had to say: "Great work with this job. This is exactly what i wanted." It was great but I noticed just a little imperfection and I worked on it and send the rendering again though the client didn't ask for it.
The job was to make 2 colored floor plans(2 floors) at a fixed price of $40.00. I was happy 'cause I thought the client was happy...
I didn't expect to receive a feedback that ruins a freelancer's career unfairly.
I can show the quality of the sample versus my work. The client's response will speak for me.
I don't know what kind of expertise I need to show. Again, I can show to anyone the client's sample and my work for comparison.
It's $40.00 for 2 colored plans which is very reasonable.
Maybe I was not able to submit earlier but it was definitely on time.
It's clear in the times of our conversations that I was quick to respond.
I never did anything unprofessional to get 3 stars.
Client's feedback is one of the most important thins for serious freelancers like me who make freelancing their main source of income. After trying hard to finish a job successfully and according to client's needs, receiving a final feedback of 3.5 stars ruins all the years of has work.
Thank you very much!
