In House Design: Design stationery for the Tiny Prints brand, including holiday photo cards, invitations and announcements, as well as other various internal requests. Merchandising Quality Assurance: Key figure in design, implementation and execution of our formalized quality control program, to test Tiny Prints, Treat and Wedding Paper Divas products, ensuring a positive customer experience as well as efficient production for our designers. New Hire Training: Responsible for interviewing and reviewing qualifications for potential design team candidates. Upon hiring, work with training coordinator and counterpart to train new employees the production designer role, followed by evaluating their performance. Production Design: Meticulously review customers’ personalized stationery and digital photos, including proofreading text and typesetting on Illustrator templates, red eye reduction, color correction, cropping, contrast and stamping, approving every single order for printing. Interact with customers on a regular basis via phone and email regarding outstanding order issues, and order details.
