Tech Ability was formed over six years to primarily provide support to individuals and small businesses.
Based in the UK, but also providing support internationally we follow these aims:
* To provide the best honest advice for the client, even if it means reduced business for us.
* To provide flexible support, but at no extra costs. i.e. out of hours support, but at standard working hours fees.
* To provide added value when possible.
These business practices means we receive high volumes of referral work and repeat work from existing customers. Obviously meaning everyone wins! Our clients get to build a longterm relationship with an organisation they trust and we get to primarily concentrate on providing support.
