Service Description

Since 1995, I have performed several Administrative, Office Assistant, and Customer Service duties. I most recently, worked on a short-term project providing administrative assistance from my home office for a Property Management company and I have also performed data entry and customer service duties remotely. Currently, I work on an "as-needed basis" for a DJ service company in which I am proficient with office and customer service duties; such as office administration, periodically updating the website, marketing, bookkeeping, and follow-up calls with customers.
My typing speed is 75 wpm and my 10-key speed is 8,700 keystrokes per hour. I have functional experience with all Microsoft Office programs and I am very resourceful on the Internet.
