INTELLIGENT VERBATIM: Uses editing and paraphrasing to create easy-to-read and ready-to-print transcripts in short, easy-to-read paragraphs. Includes common slang (kinda, gonna, etc.). Removes common fillers (uh, um, ya know, like, etc.). Minor grammatical errors are corrected (stutters, false starts, and minimal responses, etc.). Physical gestures are not documented (laughter, cough, long pause, etc.). If a thought or sentence trails off, ellipses (…) are used before continuing the thought.
FORMAT: You are welcome to provide your own template; otherwise, MS Word Document (.docx) or Plain Text (.txt) files are used. Document files are normally one inch margins top/bottom/left/right.
