Service Description

I worked with the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. for the directory assistance department before I was promoted to the International Department. After a year with the company I worked with our family's remittance business where I handled all paper works including accounting and bank to bank transactions. In 2007 I worked as a customer service representative at Teleperformance. Due to proximity I decided to transfer to IBM-Daksh where I worked as technical support for Bell TV (Canada). After 1 and a half years I decided to transfer to Convergy's where I worked as technical support specialist for AT&T U-Verse. In December of 2009, I transferred to Vxi Global Solutions as support specialist for Western Union (US, UK and Ireland account).
In 2011 we moved to Tagaytay and I was lucky to have a teaching job at the City College of Tagaytay where I taught Basic French. It was a very challenging job because it's my first time to teach and at that a foreign language. Unfortunately my husband got sick and I have to take care of him so I resigned because I can no longer
attend my classes. So now, I am looking for a home-based job so I can work and take care of my husband at the same time.
