The first company I served as the payroll and human resources supervisor. That company employed approximately 4,000 employees which included three unions.
Work closely with the benefits department each payroll and during annual enrollment. I supervised two accountants,three payroll clerks and one customer service representative.
Served as an implementation team member during the conversion of in house processing to ADP. Placed audit procedures within the payroll and benefits departments.

Performed corporate compliance employee interviews and reported findings directly to the corporate compliance officer who then met with the Vice President of Human Resources for resolution.

The other company was a large contract manufacturer where I was assigned to special projects which included implementing audit procedures for the international travel policy and served a tax liason with the corporate office where I was responsible for the registration of the company in 36 states.
