What makes a good iPhone Application?
Two things, and we're glad you asked.
1. iPhones have small screens and live in the real world, not on someone's desk. They are used for a few minutes on the bus, or for 30 seconds while waiting for a coffee order. The user doesn't have the time to get aquainted with complex interfaces or a multitude of features. The key word here is simplicity. The user has to instantly get it, anything else just doesn't do.
