“I hired the agency in february to re-build a theme on Genesis framework. They were highly rated, especially with Genesis procects. I gave them a 32 page intensive briefing. The main task was to make the copy of the site look like the "original". The whole project took a very long time (until June) and needed 21 revision cycles. Many "issues" were purely of visual nature and could have been avoided with a closer look to the original website. Even when I started sending detailed screenshots with clear annotations what to to, changes were regularly carried out imprecise and needed another correctional cycle, which took lot of time and resources on our side. We soon exceeded the budget, but wegensis was very fair and decided to carry all css changes "free of charge", which is very much appreciated on my side. In a "sprint" of 4 consecutive days, the team was working in a very concentrated manner on the site, which was a fine move. I paid two bonuses for this effort to show my gratitude. The code I got is not the most logic and clear code I could imagine. Communication of webgensis has been good overall. I can recommend webgensis for less complex tasks and respect them for their attitude of "sticking on" to the project until the end. The site is live now, but still needs some tweaks and clearing up of code. Thanks for your work, guys!”
