We use both Agile and CMMI level 3 software development methodologies to keep a close control on the tasks, remaining time until deliveries and quality. Marked and visible progress is what is important to your business, so this is what we strive to deliver. This means we also require a full collaboration from the client in order to consistently deliver functional versions of the product.
In order to start the project we require an upfront payment that is equal to one week of a programmer's work (40 hours per developer).
Our rates vary from $13.15 to $18.10 per hour depending on the technology and the level of expertise of the developer. All our customers will receive a complimentary service of a Customer Care Manager.
Depending on the contract type and agreed terms, different payment schemes can be applied: prepaid hours or milestones, Escrow fund-release, or upon milestone delivery.
It should be noted here, that in order to keep a smooth and painless project flow we require our clients to fully adhere to the project milestones and acceptance policy. That is, as soon as a milestone is achieved and accepted, every new request concerning the previous stage shall be considered as an addition to the project scope.
