I have actively lead as a consultant several high profile cross-functional projects identifying/recommending process re-engineering improvements and cost saves, I have also developed Six Sigma deployment strategies, Change Management programmes and provided support and training to a variety of project teams with in organisations which included American Express, Sun Microsystems, Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup, Vodafone,O2, Bank of America and for Quality Management Solutions Customers.(e.g -PITO, Proxima, Nestle, and Partnership in Care,CPS).
