-Customer Service
-Ownership and Resolution of Guest Challenges
-Submission of Detailed Reports on Guest Concerns
including proper investigation, documentation, and Front Office input
-Program Development for Progressive Guest Services for fellow crewmembers in the Beverage, Dining and Housekeeping Departments and onboard Telephony Services
-Night Audit, which includes the log of work orders, technical difficulties, and the analysis of trends amongst guest issues depending on lengths of cruise, destinations, weather, crew turnover, international current affairs, travel advisories, and other metrics
-Reconciliation of Gift Orders and Shipboard Credits with head office or travel agents
-Superior knowledge on amenities, location, challenges of each of the staterooms and suites in all 24 or more categories
-Suite Concierge service at the Neptune Lounge (Holland America Line - collectively, spent 7 months as Suite Concierge) extending full amenities and occasional Butler service
-Service on Airline and Ship-Missing or Damaged Luggage or Property
-Comment-on-Board Survey Form
o Preparation of individual and personalized comment cards
o Collection of survey and data and submission of reports to head office
