I currently work as an operations administrator acting as a liason to a global team of over 800+ colleagues, coordinating and managing office operations and real estate for our NYC office, provide support to our HR and Recruiting teams, coordinate and develop tem trainings including global leadership workshops, webinars, etc, manage team capacity, and a list that includes much more! As you can see, I'm an extremely versatile worker.
I have strong experience in travel, both domestic and international, heavy calendaring, research, and all other general administrative duties. I work with Fortune 100 company CEOs and board members assistants on a daily basis and my professional demeanor shows throughout. I also carry a strong background in the sales department (previously owned my own business) and take great pride in customer service. There is never a reason a person should have a bad experience, whether it be in sales or in a board meeting.
I type 110+ words per minute, have access to email at almost all times, and am flexible in hours and time frame of when the job needs to get done.
