About the Company

Consulting services in intellectual property protection and commercialization by Carrie Stroup. I am a former USPTO patent examiner, and I have over ten years of experience as a patent agent in drafting, prosecuting, and licensing patent applications, I have represented cases pertaining to a variety of inventions including: software and web-based services, consumer electronics, pharmaceuticals, DNA and protein based vaccines, transgenic animals, tissue engineering, medical devices, bio-fuels and alternative energy sources.

Service Description
Carrie Stroup is a registered USPTO patent agent (50172), as well as, a former USPTO patent examiner, a law associate for patent infringement litigation, and a technology transfer licensing associate. Services offered comprise:

1) drafting, filing, and prosecuting US utility and design patent applications; and filing PCT patent applications (resuming in 2015)
2) conducting prior art search to determine if invention is novel and patentable worldwide
