* Designed, programmed, and deployed programs pertaining to the sending and receiving of millions of customer email messages each day for a Fortune 500 company. The program was responsible for analyzing concurrency fluctuations, measuring network collisions and back pressure, system health and throughput, and using predictive analysis to forecast threats to high-availability systems before they happen. Fluent in SMTP and ESMTP protocols, socket programming, and Java, Perl, and C++ languages.
