Who am I: I have been working in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 8 years. I have held a variety of different positions. In the start of my career I was a Project Manager, which was largely administrative, working to implement sales directives across client sales teams. I worked with a lot of employee rosters, product lists and expense reports. This involved a lot of compiling and formatting of data from different sources.
In this role I honed my analytical skills and moved into a Sales Analyst role where I process data by taking spreadsheets, lists, tables and flat files from a multitude of sources and format them to be imported into our databases. Often this requires some manipulation or additional data entry of the source file, whether it be adding, removing or changing columns. Once imported in I run the analyses and reports as requested by my clients.
What Can I do for you: Having been in an administrative role for so long, I routinely was given tasks to:
1.) Format spreadsheets to be visually appealing for client presentations
2.) Analyze lists to determine records that exist in one and not the other or in both.
3.) Add formulas and functions to calculate various data
