For writing jobs the rate begins at $.80 per 100 words depending on research and the conditions of the job.
Legal document rates vary per assignment depending on the research needed for the the job completion.
Resume's are a flat rate fee of $20.00. This is for the first 3 pages. Every page after 3 is $3.00 per page per resume.
All accounting work and payables / receiviables are rated at a minimum hourly rate or payable by the job. .
All possible terms of negotiations are open for ether party. The lines of communication will also remain open to better communicate the needs of the client/contractor before, during and after the jobs are completed. Revisions, if at all needed, are no problem.
Our prices are low, so what's in it for us? Well there is something. All we ask is for your repeat business and referrals to others who are looking to hire. Another thing that would be nice is if you would please leave feedback concerning the job we have done for you, so that others may consider my services. Yes! It is as simple as that.
Jobs will be done hourly or by milestones. A deposit may be required for large scale assignments. Bonuses are appreciated, but they are not a requirement nor are they included in the total job fee. You can send a bonus by setting a milestone, name it bonus, fund Escrow and release it.
