“Cumulus tech has done little more than take my money. They have shown very little progress in over eight months of trying to get them to do a project. Without any explanation, they have also billed me for work that I didn't agree to or for which I never received any effort estimation or any deliverables. I simply received a bill for $1,000 additional work with no explanation as to what that was. Even though the programmer never completed the job, he still is attempting to get me to pay for the entire job. He even filed a lien with the state against my company and me individually prior to providing any deliverable or completing the job as per the terms and milestones. ”
Freelancer Feedback Comments for Client:
“Be careful when taking jobs from this client. He, in my opinion, does not know how to manage a project correctly and then try''s to blame the programmer. He hired us to do a project, and first would never meet any of the required deadlines for providing materials and assets to be able to work on the site. He would then demand delivery immediately when he finally did provide information. We were the third programmer on the project, the other two quit, so that should tell you something. He also, in my opinion, has flat out lied on several occasions. He then wanted to strong-arm us to do additional work that we had not originally agreed to do, under the threat of negative feedback, which he ended up following through on. Do not take jobs from this guy, he doesn''t know what he is doing, and shouldn''t be managing projects. The only real reason we took the project is he came to us in tears because he was a year behind with his client and his client was upset about it.”
