Service Description

With six yearsÂ’ experience in customer service call centers, both at Time Warner cable and RCN cable, and another 10 to 15 yearsÂ’ experience, installing cable and wholesale marketing.

Working as a telemarketer, for Time Warner cable, duties were to sell upgraded premium channels like HBO, Showtime, Cinemax etc. Which were promotions at discounted prices. All cold calling was on automated dialing system. I have worked in telemarketing for year and a half.

Also work at Time Warner cable for two years tech ops, duties included assisting field techs closing open work orders, and assuring that customer fully understood the functions of the converter box and remote, also ensuring picture quality. Assisting customer service with trouble calls and troubleshooting signal problems.

RCN Cable two and half years. Worked primarily in technical operations, duties included outage tracking. Identifying outages in cable and telephone systems, tracking outages to completion, completed all outage tracking reports, notifying plan techs and manages, attempt to rectify problems without a truck roll. Handling escalated calls from customer service and sales department, which consist of no picture or no dial tone, and rescheduling appointments.
