As a Case Manager at San Diego Youth Services, I regularly collaborated with law enforcement, local government, and other non-profit agencies. This position required a strong ability to multi-task, and to complete a high volume of confidential, contract-compliant projects within very tight deadlines. In addition to my regular case management duties, I took on increased responsibility as the independent manager of the TBRA, or Tenant-Based Rental Housing program. This program required me to complete intakes and determine income eligibility for families fleeing domestic violence. I was further required to coordinate city inspections, arrange payments, and monitor files long-term with frequent updates. In all my work, I regularly demonstrated my organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, using these skills to develop several Excel and Word templates for tracking data.
