Over the pass four years,I successfully completed a number of customer service jobs that has refined the skills I offer to you. I possess many notable skills that ensures that I am the right "elancer" to complete your customer service project successfully. Let me elaborate on these skills.

1. English- I possess a native command of English communication, bother verbal and written. My home land is Trinidad and Tobago and we speak English as our first language. In addition, I studied the language for seven years, with courses such as English Language, English Literature, Communication Studies, and Caribbean Studies; all of which I passed, with excellent grades.

2. Customer Support- I have provided quality customer support by means of ticketing systems, live chat, email, and telephone to many customers (Including US and UK customers); this was done for the past four years, starting April 2008 and continuing since that point. I have experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as ZenDesk, Zopim, WHMSC, Spiceworks, Online Chat Centers (OCC), and Provide Support. My polite, helpful, well organized, patient, reliable, and diligent efforts to assist customers are a trademark of my customer service skills.
