We want to do one of those compilations of animated gifs. This will be on a pets topic. You will be sent a link to 10 YouTube videos. We will ask you to create a 3-5 second animated gif sequence from a specific section of each video.
You should know how to do this (obviously), including getting the video from YouTube to extract the frames. Turnaro...

“The project was for a set of individual animated GIFs. I was very put off right off the bat because I received one compilation video reel with watermark along with an order to release the escrow to receive the individual GIFs. I went against my gut and released the payment before seeing the actual goods. Dumb. What I got after that was individual GIFs that fell far below the quality shown on the watermarked video. I pointed out numerous problems (huge black boxes around the GIFs), which he fixed. Then more problems became apparent (for example, one of the GIFs had some frames from another GIF looped in; another GIF had a black screen at the beginning of its loop). He fixed one of these things and said the other was out of his hands for whatever reason. But the quality was still lame (he blames the source videos), and some of the file sizes were huge (he says the quality would suffer if he brought the size down any more). But an animated GIF that is 8.4MB big? Is that a joke? It took forever to load! I definitely feel cheated and would not recommend this provider. Eventually I told him to forget it, that I'd rather pay someone else to do the job right. I've rarely been this disappointed by a freelancer. To his credit, he was timely with communications, and the price would have been fair if I had been delivered what I expected. I should have someone else make an animated GIF of my money going up in flames.”
“Granted a mistake was made, but getting upset at the fact that he wanted high quality GIFs from between 360p-720p at a tiny filesize is unrealistic. He's a good guy and all, but a bit impatient.”
