I work for a top electric distribution firm in the Philippines.At present, I work as a Customer Assistance Team Leader, with a rank of Superintendent. I have earned this title as a product of my excellent relationship management, communication skills and problem solving skills in performing my work. I am an expert in handling customer concerns and complaints, and I make sure that each customer that visits our business center have a delightful experience.
My task includes, among others, replying to customer e-mails sent to our website and other medium through which the complaint records were made. I am also involved in training programs for customer service which aims to provide a real delightful experience to our customers.
