I am Currently a Full Time employee at Teletech Customer Care Management Phil's as a Customer Service Representative level I.
I am a credit consultant for an Australian account. My role as a Credit Consultant are the following:
* Help customer pay there bills and stay connected to the company
* Manages all Components of the credit life cycle
* Account Management, such as notifying customer about high pre-bill amount.
* Collections, including PTP, resumes
* Recovery of Final Account Balances
BPO - Customer Service Representative
