Sales Skills: Have coordinated campaigns using a combination of Telemarketing & Street Salesman.
Research Skills: Developed the ability to target, isolate, call or reach out to a
wide client base, through various reference sources ie: library, service publications, manufacturers guides and Google, Bing, Ask and Yahoo
as well as soft email prospecting.
Computer Skills: 25 plus years.
Handwriting Skills: I'm old school. i was taught proper penmanship and
it still looks like it did when I was a college graduate!
Customer Service Skills: I listen more then I talk. I think before I speak and
I know how to use the California F Scale (personalities) to resolve conflicts.
Implementation Skills: I know how to take instruction and if I don't understand, I'm not too "proud" to say so! Once I know the request or order, I will implement to the very best of my ability.
Life Skills: The ability to approach a new task with excitement, the discipline
to complete it and the wisdom to know when to pass the task to some one that is more qualified then me.
