As a physician, I always feel that nothing is as important as preventing lifestyle related diseases. Most of them are easily preventable/reversible through a carefully chalked out plan modifying their lifestyle and nutrition. However, the patients approach a Doctor only following the onset of obvious clinical symptoms, when its much more "cure" directed. What should be a proactive field, has sadly become a reactive field.
